My name is Jan Bastiaens.
I was born in 1979 and got my diagnosis of ALS in 2022 at the age of 42.
I am a language teacher in Brussels (Belgium) and father of three children. 
As everybody I hope medical science evolves towards a solution for this disease, and in the meantime I want to contribute to make this solution available for all patients.
